Your prices are so low, does that mean your quality is inferior? No, our quality is of a high standard and the synthetic grass will last for many years. We freely list all the specifications and post free samples so you can feel and see the quality. Compare our product and you will discover our turf is the same quality, and in most cases better than the retailers. We have sold tens of thousands of square metres of artificial grass to satisfied customers.

How do you keep your prices so low? We do not have any middlemen, we are not a retailer, we have very little overheads so the customer enjoys a low price all year round. We take great pride in advertising our product as the lowest price in Australia.

What is the material of your turf? Our turf is made of the highest quality materials from Australia, BASF Germany and Sinopec. All out turf is made of with high grade material. We do not use the inferior PP material, which is coarser in feel amongst other disadvantages.

I need more than a 2 metre width, do you have wider rolls? All our artificial turf does come in 2m wide rolls. However, they come with in-built joining tape and it is very easy to join. The seam does not show with proper installation and you can meet your desired width. The 40mm does come only in a width of 1.86m.

What is the postage cost? The cost of postage depends on the amount of synthetic grass required and your postcode. Please email the model, square metres required and your postcode for a fast quote. We will not be beaten on delivery price!

How do I clean the turf if my pets do their business on it?You can simply hose it off and wash the grass after removing the droppings.

Do you have a warranty? If the turf fades due to sunlight we will replace the turf. Furthermore, if you receive the turf with any defects or cuts on delivery we will replace the roll free of charge.

Is the synthetic grass UV stabilised? Yes, all our turf is UV stabilised.

Is the synthetic grass safe for kids, pets and is it lead free? Yes, it is safe for kids and pets and it is lead free.

Do you deliver Australia wide? We deliver Australia wide via our couriers, we do not have distributors. Our warehouse is located in Sydney. Delivery times vary between states, however, it generally take between 2 to 5 business days from the time of postage.

Can I visit the warehouse and pick-up the synthetic turf? Yes, you may come at anytime to our Wetherill Park warehouse. You do need to call 0406808689 before arriving to confirm someone is present. We are out on deliveries and different jobs at different times. We are available to come in on weekends as well.

Do you have a minimum amount to purchase? There is no minimum or maximum. You may order as little as 1sqm and as much as 20,000sqm.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchase? We do offer discounts for large commercial quantities, please call 0406808689 to discuss further.

What payment methods do you accept? Internet transfer, credit card over the phone, cash on pickup, eftpos on pickup, company cheque and money order.

Do you sell accessories? We sell joining tape and the nailing pins. We do not sell glue as it is too problematic to post.

What is the measurements of the roll? The rolls come in a maximum of 20sqm rolls (10m x 2m wide) or 18.6sqm rolls (10m x 1.86m wide) for the 40mm turf. We can cut the length if you need a shorther length or we may send extra rolls if you need a longer length.

I have an awkward shape to cut, is this ok? Yes it is. The turf may be cut into shape with a sharp stanley knife from the backing side. This can be tailored to suit any shape or area.

Can I lay the synthetic grass on concrete? Yes. You simply need to glue the synthetic grass to the concrete and add sand and rubber granules to the surface.
